开发多种生物分子的特异性成像的分子荧光探针,结合荧光成像技术,通过对活体小鼠病灶部位的活性氧和蛋白质等生物活性分子原位实时成像检测,实现动脉粥样硬化等重大疾病早期预警及诊断。
